Great experience shopping for new appliances at Percy’s. Adrian Chambers was very knowledgeable about product features and allowed us to browse without any pressure. We are very happy with our new appliances and delivery was great. I would definitely recommend Percy’s for home appliances.

Percy’s is the best! We had a minor issue and someone was out the next day to fix the issue. A true family owned 10/10 service company. Highly recommend over going to a big box store. Will buy everything here…appliances, grill, you name it! Best in MA and they service all over and make it so easy. Thanks again Percy’s for a great experience! I will be back.

From online order to door step delivery, they were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Percy’s. Prices are very reasonable. The ability to use the app to track your delivery made it a convenience. The driver Todd was super friendly and quickly delivered and took away our old appliance. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.

My first experience with Percy’s was nothing short of incredible. I only wish I had found them sooner. From the sales experience with Jason to the delivery and installation by Fabricio, the entire team clearly knows what they’re doing. Fair pricing, professional and personable employees, and a great local business that I will absolutely be a repeat customer of.

I do recommend Percy’s. Mistakes happen and unfortunately, they did deliver the wrong fridge. However, I like to base my experience on how they handle issues. I did not have to argue, I did not have to convince. The drivers were professional, handled everything nice. They even helped me move things in my house so I could keep the fridge that was mistakenly delivered. And I got a call to rectify the mistake. Wasn’t met with resistance but accountability. They scheduled me and when it was time to get the fridge delivered.. the guys knew exactly what to do. So it was fantastic! Thank you!! Obviously would have been better if it went perfect from the jump but I seriously can’t complain. Wasn’t that big of a deal.

We recently purchased a new Bosch dishwasher from Rick and Nick at Percy’s. They went above and beyond to explain all of the models and which one would work best for our lifestyle. Not only were they knowledgeable, but extremely professional as well. From the time we walked in the door, everyone was welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back when we need a new appliance in the future. Thank you to everyone at Percy’s for your wonderful customer service.

My husband and I went to Percy's today to purchase a dishwasher. We are not frequent appliance shoppers, however our past experiences at Percy's have always been turn-key and we were hopeful today would be the same. It was. Our salesperson, Jeremy Nork, inspired confidence immediately. He directed us to what he intuited we would want and was not wrong. He was knowledgeable about the product, demonstrated the benefits and explained why it was most likely the best choice for us. He did not attempt to sell us the most expensive model in the line-up. He did not attempt to upsell us on anything. He was direct and not pushy. I trusted him, because he seemed to really know what the machine's advantages are and also indicated that he had first hand experience. My husband and I had done some research on this particular appliance prior entering the store, and Jeremy's perspective and advice aligned with this research. It was also fabulous that he informed us about rebates that we could get and did not go overboard in his attempt to "sell" us. Overall, it was an excellent experience and took less time than I anticipated. When we need another new appliance, and it will most likely be sooner rather than later, we will return to Percy's and specifically look to work with Jeremy Nork again.

Recently was in the market for a new dishwasher and went to Percy's. Was immediately greeted by Jeremy Nork and the experience begun. My wife had her mind set on a Bosch brand dishwasher and was brought back by Jeremy to check them out. He was very clear and informative on the different options and their specifics. We ended up buying the Bosch 500 series dishwasher and are thoroughly impressed. The whole buying experience was excellent and Jeremy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend at least checking them out if you are in the market for any new appliance. Thankyou -Frankie

My wife and I went to Percy’s recently to buy a new dishwasher. We had been there a number of times before and always found it a pleasant experience. We went there last week and were greeted as soon as we walked in and were introduced to Rick, the Product Specialist who helped us decide which dishwasher would be best for us. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and asked us what features interested us. We told him, and he brought us to the row of Bosch dishwashers and recommended one in our price range. He did not pressure us in any way and informed us that his family bought the same model we were interested in, which was very comforting! We ordered a Bosch before we left and bought an extended warranty. We hope to have our new one soon! Percy’s is a very pleasant place to shop and we highly recommend it! We love Percy's Appliances! The sales staff made the entire experience enjoyable and completely stress-free. They were knowledgeable without being pushy, truly listened to what we needed, and took the time to walk us through all the options. Their customer service team was equally impressive. Any questions I had before and after my purchase were handled quickly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude. It’s clear they value their customers and stand behind their appliances. The delivery team was the perfect finishing touch. They arrived right on time, handled everything with great care, and treated my home with respect. Installation was smooth and efficient, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a company where the sales staff, customer service, and delivery team are all this outstanding. Professional, reliable, and helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality appliances and exceptional service!
